Both the online credit card payment method and PayPal method are available for your convenience.

Paying online via credit card – online payments are done via Shopify Payments; It is safe and fast. Your card information will be processed securely and confidentially. An email will be dispatched upon processing your order by our customer care team. Interest-free installment payments are also available with Klarna.

Our Shipping Method

Shipping is free within the United States and is sent via USPS, with tracking. Average time for delivery is up to 4 days once the order is shipped. We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country does not have an available shipping option and you wish to order, please contact us for further assistance.

Please allow up to 3 working days to dispatch your order. If you are in a rush or have a special request, contact us.

Before we ship your order, we must receive a credit card confirmation / approval from your bank. Our Customer Service department may contact you for additional information only when necessary. For your security, high value orders may require a signature upon delivery, In the event that your order can't be shipped, we'll contact you within 2 business days to let you know why your shipment is delayed.

Holiday period may affect delivery times.

Duties and Taxes

Shipping for international orders is shipped by USPS First Class International and includes tracking. Klutch Me is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. If you refuse to pay taxes/duties, your order may be returned to us. In this situation, the return shipping cost, as well as any duties and fees, will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking Your Order

Order shipments may be tracked on www.usps.com through a specific tracking number assigned to each parcel and emailed directly to the client upon dispatch.

Exchanges

We work to keep our clients satisfied, which means that you may exchange items if you are not satisfied with the purchase. We are able to issue an exchange up to 14 days after the date of receipt of your item. We kindly ask you contact exchange@klutchme.com to initiate an exchange. After you receive the exchange instructions, keep the following in mind:

• Merchandise must be in undamaged condition and in the original packaging.
• Merchandise must be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
• Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
• It’s the client’s obligation to pay shipping costs to the Klutch Me Exchange Department.
